It'll be easier, if your friend just injects the save file onto your sky3ds using this 3ds + savedatafiler. you probably won;t be able to convert on your end, if you don't have cfw/ margarine67 likes this.. Savedatafiler allows for nintendo 3ds games to be backed up from either a cartridge or cia version of the game and restored on the same 3ds or a different 3ds. savedatafiler and also be used to transfer your save game from a cia version of the game (eshop downloaded game for example) to an actual cartridge version of the game.. Choose "save data options", then "export save" power off your 3ds and insert your sd card into your computer. open your sd card, then open the "jksv" folder. open the "saves" folder, then create a zip file with the folder you no warranty is provided and i take no responsibility for lost data or corrupted save files. use at your own risk..

Basically i have followed the instructions, but when i go into savedatafiler, under user section, the row for ctr card which should be the mh4u game that i have loaded beforehand, appears to be a broken user save data file type, hence i cant export this user save data..
